The Clubhouse and BBQ area
The club holds a 'Full Club Licence' and is well setup to cater for the needs of members and guests. The clubhouse is not open every day of the week, but contact can be made on:
Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm; Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm.
Adjacent to the clubhouse is a covered BBQ area overlooking the 18th green. This facility is ideally suited to the more casual social events and is well used during the warmer months of the year. It is fully equipped with a large four burner BBQ, serving bench, refrigerator and picnic tables.

HIRING RCGC FACILITIES

The Red Cliffs Golf Club has several facilities that are available for hire by businesses, groups
or individuals looking for a venue to hold a function or event. Our facilities can cater for
everything from a corporate or trade golf day to a casual family BBQ. Our clubhouse as all
the facilities to handle a business meeting or that special group or family function.
Please note that kitchen facilities are available for heating and preparing food but not for
cooking.
Club facilities available for hire:

They are available individually or in any combination required.
Hire Costs:
Clubhouse Hire – members $100.00
Clubhouse Hire – non - members $200.00 (+bond $200.00)
BBQ Area Hire – members $nil
BBQ Area Hire – non-members $100.00
Refreshments:
Under no circumstances is any alcohol allowed to be brought to the golf course – our liquor
licence does not include BYO.
Drinks to be purchased at bar prices.
General:
Decorations can be done on afternoon of the function and must be removed the day
after.
Access to the Putting Green and club memorabilia are prohibited.
Finish time no later than 12 midnight.
The Security company will be notified of the event and late closing time.
Bookings:
All bookings for the Clubhouse / BBQ Area must be approved by the Committee of
Management prior to booking.
